Productinformation:
Kreative Fornemmelser is stating the most important information for each item in the webshop. For further information about any particular item or questions to the existing information, please contract Kreative Fornemmelser via kundeservice@kreativefornemmelser.dk.

Prices:
All prices are valid on the day of the order only. Prices may be subject to change without notice. 
All prices are inclusive 25% VAT. (For countries outside EU - the items are shown and invoiced without VAT).

Bundles:
Discount of items in bundles is given only in case the add on products are selected with the related products. Products selected one by one will not be discounted.

Order confirmation:
All orders are confirmed automatically (via e-mail) and within maximum 24 hours on working days you will receive an e-mail, if unexpectedly some items are not in stock.  Please note that you are always able to check the status of your order by following the link in your order confirmation or by logging on to your account. The order status is on the top left hand side.

Shipping:
The order is shipped once the full payment has been received by Kreative Fornemmelser. (Please check the Shipping folder for details about the shipping fee).
If the payment is not received within 8 days after the order date, the order will be deleted.

Shipping time estimate:
Unless otherwise stated for the individual item - the expected shipping time will be from 1-5 working days. We are always aiming to ship all orders as quickly as possible.

Payment:
DANKORT:
The account information provided by you upon checkout by DANKORT will be sent directly to PBS encrypted (SSL) and is only visible to you and PBS. This information is not saved at Kreative Fornemmelser.  The amount is withdrawn from your account once the order is shipped. Only Danish Visa Dankort is accepted.
PAYPAL:
When paying via PayPal a new window opens to allow you to logon to PayPal and make the payment. No creditcard data is seen or saved by Kreative Fornemmelser.

Change to Conditions & Terms:
Kreative Fornemmelser shall be entitled to alter these terms and conditions at any time but this right shall not affect the existing terms and conditions accepted by the buyer upon making a purchase.

Cancellation & Return:
The buyer shall inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the seller via email within 48 hours of delivery if the goods are damaged or do not comply with any of the order confirmation.  If the buyer fails to do so, the buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the goods.

All items bought at Kreative Fornemmelser, can be returned within the first 14 days upon buyer's receipt. The package of the item must not be broken in case of return.
Items must be returned by the buyer at the buyer’s expense and should be adequately insured during the return journey. Please enclose a copy of the invoice and state the reason for the return.
The buyer will receive a refund of all monies paid for the items (excluding any return delivery charges) - after Kreative Fornemmelser has received, inspected and approved the returning items.
